Jim Long was suspected of shooting California Highway Patrol Officer Dave Madregal late Tuesday morning in Gerber. Long got into an argument with his girlfriend Jean Bradley after she disconnected his internet and the officers responded to the domestic dispute. Long is believed to still be inside the house although law enforcement officials have had no contact with him since the dispute....Nathan Morgan/Record Searchlight
