Modesto Fire Department's HAZMAT team outside Congressman George Radanovich's Modesto office on Coffee Road. Earlier Wednesday morning, lawenforcement officials were alerted to a possible anthrax scare after office personel received a suspicious package. HAZMAT entered the buiding and recovered the substance. A small C&H Sugar package marked ''anthrax'' in the package is suspected and treated as a threat. Until it's tested, officials aren't sure of the outcome..October 29, 2008
